Position

Yuhu is looking for a Customer Success Coach to help support our onboarding operations and scaling Yuhu’s rapidly growing customer base. You will be the key go-to person between sales and technical support, assisting new clients with their account setup, data migration and platform training. Your number one priority will be working to ensure Yuhu’s clients success with the Yuhu platform. We are looking for an organized, tech-savvy, intellectually curious candidate with excellent communication skills and the ability to learn quickly. You will be helping our customers and building industry leading processes for customer setup and education.

Required Skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage overall customer onboarding process and work closely with the Sales and Customer Success team to ensure seamless experience for all new Yuhu customers.
• Support onboarding processes for scaling implementation and training while delighting new customers.
• Resolving challenging and complicated issues with effective problem-solving skills.
• Monitor customer advancement through the onboarding phase, analyze usage, and ensure onboarding success.
• Work closely with business owners to migrate data, onboard tenants and generally get them setup for success with Yuhu SaaS Platform.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales and Technical Development teams throughout a customer lifetime to ensure long term success.
• Provide high-quality support to business owners through phone and email as needed.

• Ability to prioritize and lead multiple priorities, projects, resources.
• Bachelor's Degree, 1+ Years in Sales, Customer Service, or Onboarding Role.
• Technical experience is a plus.

Compensation

$35,000.00 - $50,000.00
